Neal Wanless won the 232 million dollar jackpot all alone. He is a rancher kid working his folks ranch in South Dakota, I guess they are poor , hardworking, and have had to have help in the past to get by, and they owe BACK TAXES. Well hecky doodles I for one am happy someone who really needed to win did. I wish it had been my daughter but if it couldn’t be then atleast it went to someone young and who needed it, he’s cute as he can be too.
